If PgFlow-ai is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. You don’t need to give a reason, although we are grateful if you tell us what didn’t work.

How to ask for a refund

• email support@pgflow-ai.com with the receipt number or the email address you used to buy.

How refunds are paid

We refund the full amount, including any tax charged, through Stripe to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

What happens to the license

When a refund is approved, the license is revoked: its activation code can no longer activate computers. Please uninstall the Software or stop using it.

After 30 days

Purchases are generally not refundable after 30 days. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
