Activate or manage your license
Most people never need this page: enter your activation code in the app under Help ▸ License ▸ Activate and it does the rest. Use these forms for offline computers, moving to a new computer, or a lost code.
Offline activation
For a computer without internet access. Copy the machine ID from the app’s license screen (or Help ▸ License), get the key here, and paste it into the app or load the saved .lic file.
In the app: Help ▸ License, then paste the key or open the .lic file.
Release a computer
Moving to a new computer? Release the old one to free its activation, then activate the new one. Up to 3 releases per year are self-service; after that, contact support.
Resend my activation codes
Lost the email? Enter the address you bought with and we’ll send every activation code for it again.
