Offline activation

If the computer where you run PgFlow-ai cannot reach the internet, create its license key on another device.

1. Get the machine ID

On the offline computer, open PgFlow-ai. The license screen (also under Help ▸ License) shows the machine ID, a 20-character value such as:

ABCDE-FGHIJ-KLMNO-PQRST

Write it down or copy it to a file you can move to another device.

2. Create the key on the website

On any device with internet access, open the license portal and fill in Offline activation:

  • your activation code (PGF-…), and
  • the machine ID from step 1.

The portal shows the license key. Use Copy to copy it, or Download .lic to save it as pgflow-ai.lic.

3. Load the key in the app

Back on the offline computer, open Help ▸ License and paste the key, or load the .lic file.

The key is verified offline and never needs to contact the server again.

Notes

  • Offline activation uses one of your license’s activations, exactly like activating in the app.
  • Machine ID case, spaces and dashes don’t matter.
  • The key only works on the computer whose machine ID you entered.
