Licensing questions
What kind of license is it?
A perpetual license for one named user. You pay once, the license never expires, and it covers one person on up to two computers. Commercial use is included.
What does “perpetual” mean?
You pay once and the license never expires. Every 1.x update is included, and there is no renewal or subscription.
What happens when version 2.0 comes out?
Your license keeps working with every 1.x version, forever. A new major version does not switch off the version you have.
How many computers can I use?
A Pro license is for one person, who may activate it on two computers they use, for example a desktop and a laptop, on Windows, macOS or Linux. Using both at the same time is fine. A virtual machine counts as a computer.
Can I share my license with a colleague?
No. A Pro license belongs to one named person. Each person needs their own license; the Team 5-pack makes five of them cheaper.
How do Team licenses work?
The seats belong to your organization, and each seat is assigned to one person. When someone leaves or changes role, you may give their seat to someone else. Seats are not floating or concurrent licenses.
Can I use it at work or for clients?
Yes. Every paid license includes commercial use, whether you or your company bought it.
How do I activate after buying?
You receive an activation code (PGF-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) by email. In the app, open Help ▸ License, enter the code and press Activate. The app fetches a key locked to that computer and then works fully offline.
What if the computer has no internet connection?
Use the offline activation form on this site: enter your activation code and the machine ID shown in the app, and you get a key to paste or save as a .lic file.
I got a new computer. How do I move my license?
In the app on the old computer, open Help ▸ License ▸ Deactivate this computer (or release it on the Activate page), then activate the new one. You can do this yourself three times a year. If a computer died or was stolen, email support and we will free it.
Who handles payment, VAT and sales tax?
You buy from us, CandorLight LLC. Stripe processes the card payment securely (we never see your card details) and emails the receipt and invoice. VAT or sales tax is added where it applies and shown before you pay.
What is your refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. If PgFlow-ai is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A refunded license is revoked.
Does the app phone home to check the license?
No. Keys are signed and verified offline on your computer. The app only contacts our server when you start the trial, activate or deactivate, and offline activation avoids even that for paid licenses.
