These terms apply when you buy a PgFlow-ai license. Use of the software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement.
1. Who you buy from
You buy the software and the license from CandorLight LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe, which emails the receipt and the invoice; we never see your full card details. Questions about an order, payment or refund go to support@pgflow-ai.com.
2. Prices and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. VAT, GST or sales tax is added where it applies, and the final amount is shown before you pay.
3. Delivery
The software is delivered electronically. After payment we email an activation code to the address used for the order. You activate the software on your computer with that code. If the email doesn’t arrive, use Resend my activation codes or contact us.
4. What a license includes
- A perpetual license for named users, under the EULA: a Pro license is for one person on up to two computers.
- Every 1.x version, including future 1.x updates.
- Commercial use, including work for your employer and your clients.
- The number of users and activations stated for your plan.
- Support by email at support@pgflow-ai.com.
5. Trial
A free 14-day trial with every feature is available from inside the app before you buy. Please use it to check that the software works with your systems.
6. Refunds
See the refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee.
7. Changes
We may change prices and these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
