Moving to a new computer

Moving your license is self-service. A Pro license covers one person on two computers, so you only need to move it when you replace a computer or want it on a third one.
If you still have the old computer
On the old computer, open Help ▸ License and press Deactivate this computer. This frees the activation and removes the license from that computer.
If the old computer is gone or offline
Open the license portal and use Release a computer with:
- your activation code, and
- the old computer’s machine ID (shown under Help ▸ License; if you no longer have it, contact support).
Activate the new computer
On the new computer, go to Help ▸ License, enter the activation code and press Activate. For a computer without internet access, use offline activation.
Limits
You can release computers up to 3 times in 365 days yourself. If you need more, or a computer died or was stolen, contact support and we will free it.
After you release a computer, stop using PgFlow-ai on it: the license now belongs to the new computer.
